Overview

Spa Essentials Brominating Concentrate is a one-step sanitizer and shock for spa and hot tub water. It dissolves completely without leaving cloudy or insoluble residue in water. It reduces the growth of bacteria and clarifies to produce Pristine clear water. Brominating Concentrate is practical, and easy to use.

Brominating Concentrate may be used as a super oxidation treatment to rid spa and hot tub water of organic wastes. 

Directions for Use

Start-Up

1. Clean your spas surfaces, back-flush and clean filters.
2. Ensure your spa's pH and alkalinity are within the proper ranges. 
3. Add 1 tsp of Brominating Tabs per 200 gallons of spa water.
4. Circulate spa or hot tub water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Weekly Maintenance 

1. Using spa test strips, test your spas water and adjust when needed.
2. Ideal Range for alkalinity level: 80 - 120 ppm.
3. Ideal Range for pH level: 7.2 - 7.8.
4. Ideal Range for Active Bromine: 3 - 6 ppm.

Super Oxidation 

1. Clean your spas surfaces, back-flush and clean filters.
2. Ensure your spa's pH and alkalinity are within the proper ranges. 
3. Add 4 tsp of Brominating Concentrate per 200 gallons of spa water.
4. Circulate spa or hot tub water for 15 to 20 minutes.
